Joseph Holop

Joseph Holop is the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Telscape Communications, a competitive local exchange carrier employing 600. He is responsible for engineering, network, switching, field operations, IT development and IT infrastructure. Mr. Holop is a member of the executive leadership of the company. Prior to joining Telscape he was responsible for all information technology and infrastructure for McLeodUSA, Inc. He had primary responsibility over the data centers, network operations centers, solution center, security group, database administration, systems administration, client or server administration, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and departmental computing support teams. Mr. Holop worked closely with all hardware, software and service vendors that provide services to McLeodUSA, Inc. He is a subject matter expert on billing and revenue systems.
