Joseph Gabbaian is a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Gabbaian has established himself as an expert in commercial real estate investments in the southern California market with an emphasis on the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica market through a solid track record in representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of commercial properties, and by specializing in sales, acquisitions and leasing of investment, user and redevelopment properties for owners, investors, developers and tenants.

Mr. Gabbaian earned an MBA in Real Estate from Denver University in 1980 and a CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors the same year. (This is me - Update Profile)
