Here, Mr. Costello is responsible for slot operations, table games, food & beverage, hotel, I.T., marketing, facilities, new construction, security and parking. He has worked in hospitality for more than 25 years. He has opened 3 tribal casinos and been a member of Harrah's corporate opening team. Mr. Costello has been in casino operations management for 7 years in various jurisdictions. He is knowledgeable and experienced in purchasing, I.T., internal controls, policies and procedures, dealer training, guest service training, scheduling and labor analysis.
