Jonathan Carr, MD, MA, FRCOphth, is a Refractive Surgeon at Optical Express in London, UK. Dr. Carr’s expertise is in corneal and refractive surgery. He has performed thousands of LASIK and other refractive surgery procedures. His research interests lie in the areas of laser safety, measurement of surgeon performance, and evaluation of patient outcomes following refractive surgery. Dr. Carr is a clinical investigator of laser systems undergoing evaluation by the FDA. His work appears in seven leading textbooks on refractive surgery. He has given over 60 presentations at the world's most prestigious academic meetings.
