John Protopappas

John Protopappas is currently the President of Fraser Forbes Company, a land brokerage firm in the Washington DC metropolitan area representing clients such as KB Home, Centex, Beazer, D.R. Horton and Pulte Homes. As one of the founders and as President of Fraser Forbes, Mr. Protopappas brings over 30 years of real estate experience and client relationships to each deal he brokers for the company. Mr. Protopappas’ real estate activities have included land acquisitions, development, and sales of residential and commercial projects valued over $1 billion. These projects have encompassed in excess of 10,000 building lots in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Mr. Protopappas holds a Masters Degree in Land Planning from Catholic University. He has taught at Catholic as well as George Washington University and the University of Maryland. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Stanley Martin, a home builder.
