John Keeling

John Keeling is a Senior Vice President and Executive in Charge of the Houston office of PKF Consulting. With over 30 years experience as a hospitality consultant, John is well known throughout the Southwest for his expertise in hotel appraisal and finance. Mr. Keeling has provided hotel development consulting services and managed a diverse assortment of projects including market studies for all types of land uses, highest and best use studies, and project financing. Areas of experties include: Appraisals of hotels, resorts, & restaurants; hotel brokerage; selection and negotiation with hotel management companies; hotel asset management; market studies for hotels, marinas, public assembly facilities, & convention centers; expert testimony and other litigation support. John earned his BA from UCLA and an MBA from Michigan State. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in TX, LA, MS, GA, MD and OK. John has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Newsweek, Business Travel News, Hotel & Motel Management, and numerous weekly business journals and daily newspapers.
