John Coates is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer at The Fennimore Group, a firm providing consulting services on change management, process management, business launches management, and optimized operations management increasing profit at reduced cost. Mr. Coates has more than 35 years of experience in managing global supply chain operations with expertise in project management, business process reengineering, and strategic visioning across manufacturing, retail and distribution sectors. He also has experience in the development of integrated supply networks throughout Europe, North America, Latin America, and leads a global supply chain practice with an emphasis on automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Tier 1 suppliers, general manufacturing, global distribution, and global network optimization. Prior, Mr. Coates was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, and North American Supply Chain Logistics Manager at International Truck and Engine Corporation. (This is me - Update Profile)
