John Caltagirone is a Principal and Vice President and Global Practice Leader of Supply Chain Strategy at The Revere Group. He specializes in supply chain management; warehouse and transportation management; advanced planning systems; as well as distribution network design. He has worked extensively with i2, Manugistics, Manhattan Associates, Provia, High-Jump, Red Prairie, Catalyst, DesCartes, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Great Plains, and others.
Mr. Caltagirone is on the faculty of Loyola University, where he teaches supply chain courses for Excecutive MBA and MBA students. He also is on the faculty for Illinois Institute of Technolgy, where he teaches and on-line supply chain course. Mr. Caltagirone is a frequent speaker at supply chain conferences and has been published in numerous supply chain magazines. Mr. Caltagirone has held senior management positions at Rand McNally, RR Donnelley, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and was the Chief Operating Officer for internet home grocery delivery company, Peapod.
