John "Jerry" Ryan is independent consultant. Mr. Ryan was most recently Vice President of Acquisitions at Aviv Asset Management. Aviv has one of the largest privately held portfolios of triple-net leased skilled nursing facilities in the United States. He was a Vice President of Acquisitions for Harborside Healthcare Corporation, where he analyzed and screened nursing home candidates for possible acquisition. Mr. Ryan has worked in executive level acquisitions positions with Epoch Senior Living, Meditrust Corporation and Diversified Health Services. He has experience in prospecting, financial and operational analysis, negotiating and closing acquisitions, site evaluation, strategic planning, and project financing. (This is me - Update Profile)
