Joe Simone is the Owner/Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Saratoga Food Group, operator of 16 Popeye's restaurants in Virginia since 1998. He has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He was the Chairman of Washington Cancer Institute Board and Founder of the International Spirit of Life Foundation, Vice President of National Development, Copeland's of New Orleans, Straya California Creole Cafes, and Wrap & Roll Cafes, President of SOI Franchising Corporation; President of Mamma Ilardo's Corporation, Opened MGM Grand, Las Vegas, 1994, with pizzerias; Vice President (1988), Franchise Operations, Arby's; Senior Director, Business Development, International Franchise Association (1982-1988).
