She has over 20 years of experience in the cruise and travel industry including sales, marketing (including SEO campaigns) and operations. She follows the pricing and industry trends closely and has extensive insight into all the major cruise lines including Royal Caribbean and Carnival. In August 2004 RCCL issued a new policy in regards to rebating and now over two years later it is important to review the results of this policy and to see if it has been successful.

The policy was enacted to control pricing and create a level playing field. By controlling pricing and policing the agencies did RCCL increase sales?
