Jeffrey Segal is the Vice President of Culinary Research & Concept Development, VP of Operations at Riese Restaurants, where he has worked since 2000. Riese Restaurants are a multi-concept franchisee with over 150 units, located in the New York Metro area. Riese Restaurants is a franchisee of T.G.I Friday's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, Nathan's, Houlihan's, Tad's Steaks, Tequilaville and a premium 4 star restaurant. Previously, he has served as the Owner for Jeffrey Just, a restaurant and catering company, from 1990-2000. He has just finished designing the front and back of house of Shady Jake's BBQ n Booze restaurant. He was also awarded a Masters of Taste Award at NRA show in May by the Corporate Chefs in America Council and was named to the Award Selection Committee. Mr. Segal is also in the QSR/Fast Food Advisory Panel of the Research Chefs Association. (This is me - Update Profile)
