Jeffrey Musinski

Jeffrey Musinski is the Water Utility Director for the Waukegan Water Department. He has over 25 years experience within the Water/Wastewater Industry with varying degrees of responsibility. Current responsibilities include the Waukegan Water Plant, Water Main Department, Water Meter Shop and Waukegan Water Laboratory. He is directly responsible for creating and administrating a $14 million dollar annual budget which includes O & M, Capital and infrastructure replacement costs. Most recent capital projects include water main extensions, water tank and booster additions and refurbishment, in-plant automation of chemical processes and water meter system changeout.
