Jeffrey Ballard, MD, FACS, is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who practices at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, California. He also has a appointment as Clinical Professor of Surgery at University of California, Irvine. Dr. Ballard offers comprehensive care for all problems of arterial and venous systems.
