He leverages his extensive knowledge of ALM, Business Technology Optimization (BTO), and IT Governance and his team implements full solutions surrounding these offerings. Mr. Bettcher has over 11 years of experience in the ALM, BTO and IT Governance arenas and a strong background in IT consulting services.
