James Ward, Jr

James Ward is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Ingenuity Group, an independent insurance Agency & Employee Benefits firm serving corporations, institutions, non-profit, and individuals providing solutions for Property, Casualty, Health, and Life. In addition, Mr. Ward serves as President of wholly owned affiliate Ingenuity Group Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory firm serving corporations and independent research firms. His Wall Street institutional experience includes research with Greenwich & Associates for corporate finance “Best Practice Benchmarking” and NYSE broker dealer with Merrill Lynch & Kidder Peabody. He has successfully completed Series 7 & 66 licensing plus holds insurance licenses for all areas.
