Mr. James "Mike" Laisure

Mike Laisure is the CEO of Fluid Routing Solutions, where he has served since June 2007. Fluid Routing Solutions is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier that designs and manufactures fluid and fuel handling systems. The company was formerly known as Mark IV Industries, recently acquired by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Laisure also sits on the Boards of Avon Automotive, American Railcar Industries and Federal Mogul. Previously, he was President and COO of Remy International until August 2007. Remy is a supplier of rotating electrical motors to automotive, commercial truck and off-highway OEMs and aftermarkets. Prior to this he served as President of Dana Corporation until April of 2005. Mr. Laisure was responsible for 1 of the 2 Strategic Business Units (SBU) at Dana. His SBU included 34,000 people in 176 facilities and 32 countries and consisted of US $7B of Dana’s US $9B in revenue. Mr. Laisure reported to the Chairman of Dana. Dana Corp is a supplier of axle, driveshaft, engine, frame, chassis, and transmission technologies employing 46,000 people in 28 countries.
