Jacob Larsen is the Vice President, Global Operations and Business Transformation at Alcatel-Lucent. He oversees the company's global real estate portfolio across all practice areas including sales, R&D, manufacturing, and logistics. Post-merger, he coordinated the consolidation of Alcatel's and Lucent's activities in broadband access, optical networking, carrier routing, wireless networking (CDMA, GSM, 3G UMTS, WiMax, and LTE) and NG networking. Furthermore, he oversaw the consolidation of the EMS, logistics activities and the company's supplier base. Mr. Larsen joined Lucent in 1997 after earning his MBA from the Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College. (This is me - Update Profile)
