He has more than 18 years of experience in the telecom sector. He Founded the International Softswitch Consortium. Previously, Mr. Elliott was the Senior Vice President of Level 3 Communications, where he was responsible for softswitch network architecture and design; and a senior manager at MCI, Inc. He is the Chairman of Unity Business Networks, a regional provider of integrated IP Communications services. (This is me - Update Profile)
