Ian Manning is Vice President Global Due Diligence Investigations and Business Development for Australia and Asia at Spectrum Gaming. Mr. Manning is an executive regulator of casinos in Australia for 20 years and was instrumental in the development of casinos on behalf of governments in Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Launceston. He had been the founding chief executive of gaming product testing companies in South Africa and the US. More recently, Mr. Manning has been providing consulting services to governments interested in the development of casinos, and to gaming operators for the development and implementation of compliance processes.
