Howie Gelbtuch

Howie Gelbtuch is currently the Principal of Greenwich Realty Advisors Incorporated, a Real Estate valuation and appraisal firm. Mr. Gelbtuch has been involved in the real estate industry for 30 years, with experience in a variety of different fields. At Greenwich, Mr. Gelbtuch has performed real estate valuation, counseling, analyses, research, and litigation support for institutional and corporate clients in the U.S. and overseas. While his firm is located in NYC, half of his work has come outside of the New York Metro Area, including projects in Phoenix, Tokyo, and Sao Paolo, to name a few locations. Mr. Gelbtuch has a wealth of experience prior to founding Greenwich Realty, including a stint in the early 90s as the Research Director of Real Estate for Morgan Stanley. A prolific speaker and writer, Mr. Gelbtuch has authored or overseen the writing of 5 textbooks about land valuation and appraisal.
