Howard Knauer

Howard Knauer is the President of Paragon Way, a national collection agency and Senior Vice President for recovery operations for it's parent company, Collins Financial Services, a major purchaser of consumer debt. Mr. Knauer has over 30 years of experience in the collections and account receivables business. He also has acted as a consultant to companies in the collection field. Previously, Mr. Knauer was the President of DRV Capital, which purchased consumer debt in the US to test strategies that utilized its parent company's (Debt Resolve) settlement software on various portfolios. Prior to that, he was the Pres. of Receivables Management Services, a firm devoted to third party collections. Previously, he was the Managing Director of the eCast Settlement Corp at Bear Stearns, and was responsible for managing their $2b portfolio of purchased consumer debt. He was also the SVP of Collection for Fleet Credit Card Services where he oversaw the collections operations for a $19B portfolio (This is me - Update Profile)
