Howard Klahr

Howard Klahr is presently the Managing Director at Easthill Valuation and Consulting which is a full service real estate valuation firm that performs a wide array of services including market research, marketability studies, feasibility analysis, due diligence services and investment analysis. Mr. Klahr is experienced in the evaluation and operation of both commercial and residential real estate on a large portfolio basis as well as individual properties. Mr. Klahr has been involved in real estate valuation and consulting since 1986 having performed a variety of assignments in over 40 states and 80 metropolitan areas throughout the United States as well as participating on several international assignments. Background includes valuation/analysis, acquisition/disposition, loan origination/underwriting and brokerage/leasing/operation of many types of real estate assets.
