Hong Jiang, Ph.D., is the President and CEO at Montina, a technology consulting firm. Dr. Jiang is an expert in the Chinese mobile industry. She has been closely following the Chinese operators’ reorganization efforts, 3G wireless developments including the domestic standard TD-SCDMA and wireless value-add services. She has over 10 years of experience working on wireless technologies including WCDMA, CDMA2000, and WiMax, Wi-Fi, 4G and mobile broadcasting technologies such as BCMCS, MediaFLO, DMB, and DVB-H. Previously, Dr. Jiang was the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Roundbox, a wireless software vendor; and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tatara Systems. She has held executive positions at Flarion Technologies and Lucent Technologies. Dr. Jiang can speak about China Mobile, China Unicom, Huawei, ZTE, Datang, Apple, Motorola, Samsung, LG, Nokia amongst other vendors both international and local to China.
