Council Member Biography

Harvey Perkins serves as Senior Vice President at Spectrum Gaming Group, a full service international gaming consultancy firm with offices in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Bangkok, and Hong Kong, where he has worked since January 2004. Spectrum is fluent on domestic gaming matters as well as Asian gaming. Mr. Perkins has more than 30 years experience in the gaming industry, with 20 years in senior management roles. He has served as an executive with multiple casino operating companies and has held oversight positions including casino operations and research and analysis units. Mr. Perkins has an extensive background in conducting both domestic and Asian industry related feasibility studies, market potential analysis, customer research projects, financial analysis, operation audits, casino product pricing, service audits, and creation and implementation of customer service programs.
