Harm Uittien

Harm Uittien is Partner in the M&A/Corporate Law Department at the Amsterdam office of Van Doorne. Mr. Uittien has experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, public to private transactions, equity capital markets, corporate restructurings and corporate governance issues. He acts for large Dutch and foreign companies, corporate finance parties, hedge funds and private equity investors, primarily in cross border transactions. Previously, Mr. Uittien was with another top tier Dutch law firm for which he spent some years in the London office, advising UK and international clients on Dutch corporate and securities law. He publishes articles on corporate law, public to private transactions and corporate governance. Mr. Uittien is a regular speaker on corporate governance and public and private take-over matters. He was a member of a panel of legal specialists advising the Dutch association of private equity investors (NVP) on the introduction of new rules on B.V. company law. (This is me - Update Profile)
