Gregory Begg

Gregory Begg is an AMI Project Manager at Sensus Metering Systems. Mr. Begg is responsible for Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployments in the Middle Atlantic region. He has more than 20 years of experience in AMI technology, fixed-network operations, system measurement and utility and retail energy operations. Previously, Mr. Begg served at the retail energy services provider, Strategic Energy as Senior Operations Project Manager and Manager of Enrollment Enabling Services. Before joining Strategic Energy, he served as the General Manager of Contracts and Metering Services at Sargent Electric Company. At Sargent Electric, Mr. Begg was responsible for maintaining and servicing Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) contracts, large scale project deployments, and meter shop operations. He began his experience with large AMI deployments at Itron, where he served as Manager of Field Operations for that Company’s fixed network deployment for Duquesne Light.
