Giuseppe L. Rosa is a Partner in Italy at the Law Offices of G.L Rosa & Associated Counsels. He focuses on M&A, interplay of contracts - particularly in the area of foreign direct investment/divestitures - arbitration & ADR consulting, taxation, international class action litigation, contract drafting-negotiation-monitoring, franchising, distributorship, agency and major commercial contracts, banking and corporate litigation. Previously, Mr. Rosa has been a visiting lecturer in International Business Law at the Master Program of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of Verona, Italy, and at the Master Program in European and International Law of the University of Trento, Italy.
