Gina Champion-Cain is the Chief Executive officer and the President of American National Investments, Inc. She has extensive experience in land development, entitlements, land acquisition and disposition, repositioning and redevelopment of existing assets and urban infill development. She is specialized in mixed use new and redevelopment projects, housing development, multi-family residential (both for sale and for rent products), and retail. She has extensive experience dealing with City Agencies, especially in the area of redevelopment law as she was in the Board of Directors for the City of San Diego's Centre City Development Corporation. Mrs. Champion-Cain is also the Chairperson of the City of San Diego's Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Mrs. Champion-Cain received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Philosophy from The University of Michigan and was a Regents-Alumni Scholar there in 1983.
