Gertjan de Jong is a Director at Kade 12 Consultants, a Netherlands-based independent consulting firm. He has also an in-house role at Econcern in setting up their corporate finance department to help them achieving their goal of becoming the leading independent renewable energy company in Europe. Mr. Jong has considerable experience in corporate and structured finance. He specializes in investment structures and investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and management buy-outs-ins. Mr. Jong has a special interest and experience with renewable energy projects in Europe, including on- and offshore wind-farms, solar energy and waste to energy plants. In the period 1995-2006 he worked as a tax lawyer at CMS Derks Star Busmann. Mr. Jong studied tax law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. (This is me - Update Profile)
