George Kaadi

George Kaadi is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Sompo Japan Insurance Company of America. Prior to Sompo he was CTO at AboveNet, co-location and Optical Fiber provider. Prior to AboveNet he was CIO at Marvel Entertainment Group "Publishing and Studios". Prior to Marvel, Mr. Kaadi was a VP/CTO at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. He has more than 20 years of IT experience in Financial Services and different industry verticals. He is very knowledgeable with data storage products "SANs, NASs, DASs, WAN Optimization and Storage software. He is knowledgeable about Middleware, Databases, Internet, Intranet, Portals, B2B, e-commerce, CRM, ERP, BPO, BI, Outsourcing, BCS, Wi-Fi, VoIP & Networks. He supports and manages several hardware platforms (IBM Z/I/P & E-Series, SUN-ES, Microsoft, TANDEM, Linux, Dec/Vax, VMWare, Cisco, Juniper, NT, FDRY Routers/Switches.
