George Casey, Jr

George Casey is a Vice President at DMB Associates, Inc. and is the General Manager at Verrado, a 9000 acre Master Planned Community near Phoenix, AZ. Previously, Mr. Casey was the President and the Chief Executive Officer at Christopherson Homes Inc, a Santa Rosa CA-based home building and development company. He has also served as a Regional President at St. Joe Towns and Resorts, an operating unit of the St. Joe Company, in South Florida and the Carolinas, where he was responsible for both master planned community developments and homebuilding operations for those regions. Mr. Casey serves on the Board of McStain Neighborhoods, a builder/developer in the Denver, CO market. He has been the Chair of the Urban Land Institute's Residential Neighborhood Development Council and is a Governor of the Urban Land Institute Foundation. Mr. Casey has consulted to private investment clients regarding national and regional homebuilding trends since 2005 and is a frequent speaker at ULI events. (This is me - Update Profile)
