Gazi Ercel is Principal and Founder of Ercel Global Advisory in Istanbul, Turkey, where he provides consultancy services for governments, financial institutions, non-government organizations and selective clients on international financial architecture and other financial issues, supplies information, developments and prospects for the Turkish economy and its financial and political systems. He advises on Turkish economy, financial markets and central bank policies. Previously, Mr. Ercel was Governor of the Central Bank of Turkey between 1996 through 2001. He also served within the Turkish Treasury, and has a total of 30 years public and private experience. (This is me - Update Profile)
