Mr. Gary Roberts

Council Member Biography

Gary Roberts is a Partner in the Litigation and Environmental Practice Groups for Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Roberts has extensive complex litigation, advocacy and counseling experience regarding environmental law and product liability matters. His experience includes state and federal litigation, as well as administrative advocacy before California’s Environmental Protection Agency and its various offices and departments. Mr. Roberts currently serves as national trial counsel for a major construction-industry client in connection with possible class action and toxic tort litigation in state and federal court. His toxic tort experience includes defending injury, fear of cancer, and medical monitoring claims relating to air emissions, industrial chemicals, pesticides, and consumer products.
