Gary Richards

Gary Richards is Business Development Director at Wallgate Services, a consumer electronics reverse logistics specialist, who work with major retailers and manufacturers in developing solutions for their reverse logistics issues. He has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and has considerable expertise in retail strategy. He was most recently the Managing Director of Philex where he worked from 2004. Philex is a manufacturer and supplier of AV accessories to major retailers. Previously, he was Head of Merchandising at Comet, a consumer electronics retailer in the UK, where he was responsible for product merchandising as well as store and visual planning, overseeing new store roll-outs and re imaging. As a member of the senior management team, he was also involved in many change management projects.
