Gary Manfredi

Gary Manfredi is a co-founder and Principal at ExMor Capital, a mortgage industry service company, dedicated to managing capital markets risk for financial institutions originating residential mortgages. He has 24 years in the mortgage banking industry ranging from mortgage origination sales and sales management to operations, secondary and production management. Prior to founding ExMor, Mr. Manfredi has been instrumental in building Morgan Stanley's Correspondent Conduit. As a Regional Director, he was responsible for flow, forward flow, and bulk sales, primarily in the Southeastern quarter of the country, as well as covering large strategic accounts outside the Southeast. This entailed working directly with owners, CEO’s and capital markets executives developing selling strategies and hedging options. Mr. Manfredi's expertise is in production management and sales management. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held management positions at JP Morgan Chase, and North American/Dime.
