Council Member Biography
Frank Pantzaris is an independent consultant specializing in tropical oils and products. Mr. Pantzaris provides consultancies in both the commercial and technological fields of this sector. The subjects he covers include palm, palm kernel and coconut oils, biodiesel, soap and animal feeds. He also acts a technological consultant occasionaly with PalmOil.com, a firm providing palm oil education and information on the palm oil industry and trade. He has a long experience in working with the Malaysian Palm Oil Board including four years in Malaysia, promoting palm oil and opening markets for it throughout the world. Mr. Pantzaris has given many lectures at international conferences and provided consultancies to the United Nations, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), commercial banks, and investment advisors. He holds BS and DMS degrees from UK, has published three books and many journal articles on tropical oils and their down stream products. (This is me - Update Profile)
