Frank Palantoni has 24 years of worldwide experience with Fortune 100 companies in a variety of consumer goods industries and financial services. Mr. Palantoni’s business career includes over 12 years in general management and operating roles. He has had major successes in launching new businesses, generating growth for established businesses, as well as restructuring large, multinational organizations. Most recently, Mr. Palantoni served as President and CEO of Prestige Brands Inc., a NYSE company with a portfolio of OTC pharmaceutical, household and personal care brands, generating sales of over $300 million. Prior to this appointment in 2005, Mr. Palantoni was Global President and CEO of the Gerber Products Company (a division of Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG), since 2001. Mr. Palantoni led the entire worldwide Gerber company with sales of over $1.2 billion, which included businesses in food, healthcare, skincare and direct-to-the-consumer insurance. During his tenure, these businesses achieved unprecedented share and growth levels, consistently exceeding their respective industry benchmarks. Palantoni's early professional experiences include marketing and management positions with Procter & Gamble in household products and Nabisco in various food categories. Mr. Palantoni holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Columbia University, and a BS from Tufts University. (This is me - Update Profile)
