Duane Stephens is the President of DRSpecialties, an independent consulting firm in Van Buren. Mr. Stephens was recently named to the Board of Directors for Resilient Technologies. Previously, Mr. Stephens was the President of North American Tire Division at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company until July 2006, retiring officially in December 31, 2006. He joined the company in 1978 and held several senior management positions including President, International Tire Division in 2001 and President, Cooper Tire Company from 2001 to 2004.
