Douglas Hall is the sole proprietor of RTF, LLC, where he provides consulting, market research, and training services to the automotive industry. Previously, he was the Vice President of Lear Corporation's General Motors Division from 2003 until January 2006. Mr. Hall was responsible for all profit/loss management for 29 vehicle platforms and 41 plants representing $2.9B in annual revenue. He oversaw all aspects of Sales, Program Management, and Engineering and Design. Mr. Hall was the President of Lear's European Expansion Efforts, where he oversaw 34 vehicle lines representing $1.8B in annual sales. He has expertise and experience with Seating, Interiors, and Electronics. Doug has spent over 18 years as an executive of a Tier 1 Supplier including Director of Chrysler’s Interior Components Group, a Sales Manager for Masland Industries, and a Purchasing Director of Seamco, Inc.
