Ms. Deborah Rosenstein

Council Member Biography

Ms. Rosenstein has been in the new homes market research and consulting business for the past 30 years. First with Housing Data Reports (a data base new homes business), leaving as President, Ms. Rosenstein formed her own company, Rosenstein Research Associates, Inc. in 1992. This firm was merged with Fulton Research and Consulting where she remains as a Principal. As a market researcher, Ms. Rosenstein has analyzed and consulted on all aspects of residential development. Ms. Rosenstein also holds a directly operational VP position with a Northern Virginia builder, The Christopher Companies. In this capacity, Ms. Rosenstein handles all sales and marketing for both residential and commercial building. Ms. Rosenstein is currently serving as President of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (975 members) where she has also served on numerous councils and committees.
