Debbs Nelson is an operations manager at Arena Offshore, an independent exploration and production company focused on the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Nelson is responsible for managing capital expenditures and stewarding operating expense. He has more than 23 years of experience in various exploration and production upstream positions including drilling engineer, planning advisor, reservoir engineer, drilling manager, and production manager.
