Mr. Sykes has over 14 years of blue chip experience at J&J, Lilly, and Organon within global, European and UK roles. He has led the development and successful implementation of pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies across a wide range of therapy areas and across all phases of product development. Mr. Sykes has experience of individual country pricing, reimbursement submissions, and payor negotiations.
