David Potter is an independent strategic, business management and technical consultant operating in the rail industry. Mr. Potter has nearly 30 years of experience both working and advising senior management and engineering staff of companies operating in and wishing to enter the rail market. He is also involved in project management, engineering, commercial and procurement roles. Mr. Potter has also provided technical consultancy at a senior or Board level to Network Rail in the UK, Transnet in South Africa, the Kowloon - Canton Railway Corporation, a number of international mining companies and many smaller rail networks and companies .
