Mr. David McCain

Council Member Biography

David McCain is a Partner of MPKA,LLC an advisor and consultant to the homebuilding industry and related financial institutions. Mr. McCain is a former Senior Executive of Lennar Corp., one of the nation's largest homebuilders. He last served as President and CEO of Lennar Financial Services, which employed over 3,900 and had annual revenues exceeding $600 million. LFS provides mortgage, title, insurance, and information services. Previously, he was VP, General Counsel and Secretary of Lennar Corp. Prior to Lennar, Mr. McCain was VP, General Counsel and Secretary of John Alden Asset Management Co., an investment advisor firm serving life insurance companies and pension funds. Mr. McCain is the past Chairman of the Board of Lendia Group, a mortgage processing outsourcing provider, and serves on the board of RodBlu Investment Fund, a $500 million commercial real estate fund.
