David Kuzma, BS, MBA, CPA

David Kuzma is currently a independent financial and business consultant working with numerous start-ups and larger publicly traded companies. Prior, he was the President of Sempra Energy Resources, a CA-based diversified energy company. He has more than 35 years of financial experience in the energy and utilities industry. Prior to Sempra Energy, Mr. Kuzma was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Enova Corporation, which is the parent company of San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer at various utility companies, including Dominion Resources, a VA-based electric utility, Florida Progress Corporation (now CP&L Energy), San Diego Gas & Electric, and Consolidated Natural Gas. Mr. Kuzma began his career as an Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the energy sector. He holds a BS in Accounting, and an MBA in Finance from Duquesne University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). (This is me - Update Profile)
