David Gordon is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Financial Services Group at Lightspeed Research. Lightspeed Research is a provider of global online market research solutions. Lightspeed's Financial Services Group provides credit card issuers, retail banks, and others industry stakeholders with unparallel insights into consumers' use of payment products. Lightspeed's Behavioral Tracking Panel passively gathers data directly from consumers accounts. He oversees all account management, client acquisition, and channel sales functions. He is also involved in product development, and led the creation and highly successful launch of Lightspeed's first syndicated research offering, the Credit Card Terms Tracking Study. Prior to joining Lightspeed, Mr. Gordon was a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Forrester Research, where he spent 10 years overseeing client relationships across multiple industries, including financial services, media, and travel.
