David Forbes is the Founder and President of The David Forbes Company, a company providing consulting services in film marketing and distribution, film distribution deals, release strategies and exhibition opportunities. He has more than 38 years of experience in the film industry. Previously, Mr. Forbes was the Chief Executive Officer of Global Animation Holdings; and President - Marketing and Distribution at Orion and MGM/United Artists. He has also held positions in marketing and distribution at Twentieth Century Fox, Rastar Productions, Columbia Pictures, and Cooper Foundation Theatres. He is knowledgeable on film exhibition, film distribution, digital animation, IMAX, digital cinema and home entertainment.
