David Faulkner is the Founder and President of Decisive Management Professionals International (DMPI); a defense consulting firm focused on solving Department of Defense (DOD) strategic and operational targeting issues, ranging from operational art and planning doctrine to automation of joint and service targeting and combat assessment functions. Mr. Faulkner has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions within the Department of Defense, most recently as the Director of Targeting for USCENTCOM for Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He is the author of the U.S. Army's Deep Operations and Battlefield Coordination Doctrine, the Joint Staff Collateral Damage Estimation Methodology and Policy, and is the recognized operational expert on munitions effectiveness and employment. Mr. Faulkner is also a recognized regional expert on the Middle East with extensive first hand experience in the region. (This is me - Update Profile)
