Council Member Biography

David Cain is an Independent Sales Rep for Farmers Insurance where he has worked since early 2008. Previously, Mr. Cain was a District Manager of Dollar Tree Stores in Oklahoma City until June 2007. In this role, he oversaw 16 stores and managed payroll and expenses, inventory and ensured that all merchandise and operational activities took place consistently. He has extensive experience in this field, having previously worked with Dollar General in Texas as a District Manager. He has extensive knowledge with planogram, modules, and operations in all areas of the retail industry including the dollar business, mass retail big box business, mass big box home improvement business Wal-Mart, Lowe's and the sporting goods industry.
